Named Maine's Best Band and Maine's Best Singer-Songwriter in the 2006 Maine Sunday Telegram's Readers Poll, the Don Campbell Band participated in the Jeff Gordon Foundation Gala Weekend, opening for American Idol winner, Carrie Underwood, at the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland.
